My Story of Beauty from the Ashes
There was a time when I thought the pieces of my life were too broken to be restored — but God had other plans. My journey has been marked by deep pain, unexpected detours, and silent battles… but also by healing, grace, and the unshakable love of a God who never let go. I’m Tamara “Coach TeeCee” Allison — a Certified Christian Life Coach and a woman who has walked through the fire and come out with a testimony. Through Beauty for Ashes Coaching, I help other women rise from the ashes of trauma, shame, and loss to reclaim their voice, their identity, and their God-given purpose.
Why I Coach
I coach because I’ve been her — the woman smiling on the outside while silently struggling on the inside. I know what it feels like to carry pain you can’t always explain, to question your worth, and to wonder if God still has a plan for you. Coaching became my calling when I realized that my story wasn’t just for me — it was meant to help other women rise. I don’t just show up with strategies; I show up with understanding, prayer, and compassion. My coaching is not about quick fixes — it’s about walking with you, step by step, until healing takes root and purpose starts to bloom again.
From Survival to Coaching: My Journey Snapshot
Childhood:
Grew up in a home filled with both love and dysfunction — surrounded by generational faith, but also silent battles no one talked about.
Young Adulthood:
Navigated motherhood, addiction, broken relationships, trauma, and the weight of responsibilities that nearly crushed my identity.
Rock Bottom:
Faced emotional burnout, loss, grief, and a spiritual silence that made me question if God still saw me.
Turning Point:
Through prayer, inner healing, and God’s relentless grace, I started to rise. Slowly. Quietly. But deeply.
Called to More:
Realized my story wasn’t just survival — it was preparation. I became a Certified Christian Life Coach to help other women heal, rise, and walk in purpose. My Story IS My Testimony!
Today:
I coach women through Beauty for Ashes Coaching — offering a sacred space for recovery, rediscovery, and restoration.
